Only guy open on New Years day. Super polite and inspected my car for me.

So, I went here last year for my annual inspection. It was the closest spot by my house. When I arrived, the owner was very unpleasant. He did not greet me, just stood there and stared. I was already past due for the inspection, so I just let the lack of good customer service slide. He completed the inspection and said nothing the entire time. Fast forward to this year. It’s close to my house, so I decided to go back. He could’ve been having a bad day the last time. WRONG! When I entered the shop, he was laughing with a male customer. He did not stop to greet me. He looked at me and kept interacting with the man. There was a mechanic working on a car to the left. I informed him that I was here for an inspection and he told me that I had to wait for the other gentleman. At that point, I just got in my car and drove away. The owner is nasty and lacks basic manners.

They got the job done. Three stars because I paid cash and had to ask for a receipt. I shouldn't have to ask for a receipt from a legitimate auto repair shop.
