They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained it clearly, and got it done without wasting my time. Zero bullshit, zero pressure, just solid service you can trust. Highly recommend. A hidden gem. Had a flat on a Sunday. The guys at Mike’s were quicker than a NASCAR pit crew in getting it fixed and only charged me $20… it was a Sunday so I gave them $30 for the quick and excellent work.

I visited this shop to have my own spare tire and rim mounted after hitting a pothole and developing a tire bubble. While the pricing turned out to be reasonable—I was initially quoted $50 for the labor (and $75 if I needed a used tire), but ultimately charged just over $16—the service itself raised several red flags. ​First, the technicians attempted to install a tire meant for an entirely different vehicle. Furthermore, after mounting my spare, they overinflated it. When I checked the pressure and asked the technician, he stated he set it to 35 PSI, despite my vehicle’s door placard explicitly specifying 30 PSI. ​The management or ownership may have good intentions, but there is a severe lack of quality control and oversight regarding the staff's workmanship. Attempting to install incorrect tire sizes and overinflating tires are serious safety hazards. I highly advise the owner to closely monitor their employees' work to ensure safe, legitimate business practices.

❌🚫Never Go to This place Until they solve this problem: I went to this shop to get a tire replaced, and my experience was very negative. An employee with green eyes initially quoted me an exorbitantly high price. When I indicated that I wanted to speak with the owner, he quickly lowered the price to a more reasonable figure—something that made me completely lose trust in him. Furthermore, this same employee was cursing and speaking disrespectfully alongside another, shorter coworker. It was obvious that they were mocking people and using profanity—behavior that is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing establishment. The lack of professionalism and respect is glaring. I do not recommend this place.

Mike Tire saved us! Had a hole in the tire on the Cross County Parkway went totally flat. Changed to the spare on the side of the road and drove it to Mike Tire, they patched it up and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Then commuted 200+ miles home on the highway no problem. Turned what could have been a nightmare Sunday into the discovery of a great shop! Highly recommend.
