From my very first interaction, to my last, with the staff at Mancuso, I was treated with an experience that went above and beyond. As soon as you walk in, you’re immersed in an atmosphere that’s nothing short of a family dynamic. Their willingness and eagerness to make you feel satisfied is so apparent that I left their shop feeling like I drank a concentrated dose of happiness. I will be going back for all of my future cosmetic upgrades/modifications.

I can’t say enough great things about this auto body shop. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-tier. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repair process, gave honest recommendations, and kept me updated every step of the way. The quality of work was flawless—my car looks brand new, like the damage never even happened. The turnaround time was faster than expected, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. Customer service alone deserves 5 stars, but paired with the craftsmanship? Easily a 10/10. Yesterday I picked up my vehicle from Mancuso autobody. I would like to thank Ms. Caroline and the good folks at Mancuso autobody for GREAT customer service, and FAIR pricing This shop only uses dealer parts. They gave my car a AWESOME paint job and even returned my rental car for me. I live out of state and this is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. If your a 5 star person like myself this is the right shop for you.

Caroline and Nicky are excellent brought my car in it was awesome got the car the next day. The work was amazing they even get after market parts high quality work is amazing will defiantly go back with my auto body needs in the future. They painted it and detailed my car waxed.It it looks brand new like it came out of the dealership. What sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. The front desk staff feel like family to me now, and the technicians were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my concerns. The quality of work done on my car was top-notch. I could tell that the technicians take great pride and their craftsmanship as my vehicle now runs better than ever before. They did a detailed cleaning of my car and my mats had been power washed. I was so impressed. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Mancusos auto body.
