After a long and frustrating process trying to get my vehicle repaired at another shop, coming here was a huge relief. Geo and Elly were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. They truly listened and made me feel like my concerns mattered. In less than a week, they fixed my vehicle and it honestly looks brand new. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Geo and Elly really went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. They completely eased my stress after dealing with such a difficult situation before coming here. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality work and excellent service. If I ever need auto body work again, this is definitely where I’ll go.

From the moment I walked in, Ely and Geo from the main office made me feel welcomed and reassured that they truly cared about their customers and not just the money. they assisted with getting my car from the tow pound and kept me informed every step of the way. their communication with both me and my insurance company was outstanding throughout the entire process. the repair work was absolutely amazing. my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Not a single sign of damage remains, and it honestly looks brand new again. if you want quality work, professionalism, and a team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Bella's collision auto shop. However, once I found out my car was at this collision shop, everything changed for the better. Every single interaction with Ely was amazing. Even though my car ended up being a total loss, Ely kept me informed every step of the way and made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. When I went to pick up my personal belongings from the vehicle, both Luis and Ely took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and were incredibly kind and patient. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and felt supported. Customer service and communication are key, and this shop absolutely excels in both. If I were ever in another accident (hopefully not!), I would bring my car here without hesitation. I had gotten a new car within the last year and was so frustrated that I had cracked the bumper, but Bella's fixed it perfectly and made it look brand new! Geo was super communicative every step of the way, handling all the details with my insurance company and booking my car rental for me. Geo and Ely also kept me updated on the status of the repair, and even dropped off my car at my home to avoid me needing to pick it up myself. They even brought my car to be detailed and washed before returning it! Luis did an excellent job overseeing the repairs and made the car look brand new. An easy experience and a great job done!
