Reached out to Lou regarding the resetting of a recently purchased used Instrument Cluster for my Mercedes. I was extremely disappointed after speaking to Lou multiple times regarding scheduling the process. He strung me along, wasting my time setting up appointments that he knew he wasn’t going to keep. I would’ve appreciated it more if he initially denied the service. Instead, he would delay the appointment via phone and text messages. Finally, on the agreed upon date and time of our appointment, he stopped answering his phone and messages all together. I have to take some of the blame for this. I should have known. When I called his contact number he would answer the phone and stay silent until I spoke, which is a red flag. He would act as if expected to hear from previously disappointed customers. Also, you’ll find he responds to all negative Google reviews angrily attempting to smear the people who took the time to review his poor service. I’m going to assume he will attempt to respond the same way to this review. Nevertheless, I don’t mind as you will see I have honestly reviewed hundreds of businesses throughout the country for many years. I thought about not reviewing this experience and I wouldn’t have, but he wasted my time which I have very little of, and that I do not appreciate. I ended up finding a reputable company to perform the service and more importantly, to stand behind their work in the event of a problem with the repair. So, My advice to anyone looking for service’s this company might provide, consider my experience and honest review, and look for a business that is reputable and dependable. It might cost you a few dollars extra, but it will be worth it. As Expected, a representative of the company responded to my review, expecting that potential customers would be stupid enough to believe what they wrote. 1. They stated no service was performed. That is because for a week Louis kept changing appointment times and dates each time I called him to confirm HIS appointment slots. 2. They claim my request was outside the scope of services they provide yet Louis was the one who agreed and scheduled the appointment. I would have been grateful if he explained that to me in any of the five times we spoke regarding this type of service. Moreover, it would have allowed me an extra week to find a reputable company (Which I did) to fix my Instrument Cluster. An absolutely DISHONEST response. What a shame. 3. They also wrote in their response that there was no payment, repair, or completed appointment through our business. Of course there wasn't, my review of this company clearly states that Louis strung me along for a week until the very date and hour of our appointment. At which time, I received a text from him stating," I'm in a meeting with new potential shop/cloent (his grammar not mine), I'll call you when I get out. That is the last time I heard from him even though I sent him multiple text message responses and one phone call. There you have it, to the potential customer, you decide what happened here. Moreover, read other negative reviews from customers. They will also help you in deciding if you want to allow your vehicle to be touched by this company's reps. They are clearly dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have a responsibility to people who use Google Reviews to determine if they should do business with a particular merchant. I take that seriously as I also depend on legitimate reviews for my own decisions on whether or not to do business with a particular merchant.

The technician Luis did a phenomenal job on my 2010 mercedes benz..an electrical problem which i couldn't figure out. Professional..courteous and reliable...also on time. Highly recommend 👌

First And foremost I want to say big thank you to LOU From Auto gadget, he was very well, precise, knowledgeable, and definitely on point. I received a emulator to bypass my electronic switch lock ESL of my Mercedes C 300 as soon as I Plug and play The car started right up with no hesitation, and it only took him 20 minutes to receive my emulator once gave him my Ignition switch. I highly highly highly recommend anyone to this man he’s definitely on point with pretty much anything electronically.

I have a w212 with an eis malfunction that’ll cause the car to throw itself into park at low speeds. I bought a good used eis with key and needed someone to program it, transferring the data from the previous one onto the new one in order for it to work with my vehicle. I wasn’t able to find anyone in Brooklyn who was knowledgeable enough to do the job without charging a ridiculous amount. Fortunately I was able to find Lewis on Facebook marketplace and he assured me he can do the job. I made the trip all the way to Mount Vernon from Brooklyn with both eis and he was able to program it for me right then and there in his car. He even showed me proof after it was done and pulled up the data with the new eis plug in and showed me that the data reflected the same vin as my vehicle. This man is knowledgeable, friendly and very affordable! A honorable man of the people for the people! Don’t hesitate. Call Lewis!
