Called these guys to ask a simple question. They answered saying “hello” not even saying the business name. That was first red flag. Asked them simple question but they couldn’t understand what I was saying. Apparently they don’t speak or understand English very well. I asked them if they took the Endurance Service Plan since they are listed as a preferred partner, but they didn’t understand what a service plan was. If they can’t understand English, then I don’t want them working on my car.

Cassie was great! She got me in and out today to fix a flat tire. I’ve used keep it running automotive in the past for tires and breaks- great place!
