Saturday AAA around 7:30 assigned them to tow the car. When Tanner from Henry arrived, around 8:30 he decided to jump the car. The previous AAA tech was not able to get it started. The Car started and he towed to the shop I selected. The car has electrical issues. I appreciate the promptness, knowledge and willingness to help. Thank you

View on Googleextremely rude and unprofessional. I told him a exact part that I need to replace and to give me estimate. He said no you have to leave the car. I said I will wait, but I was told no you have to go. they do that so you go take a Uber to work and then midday they will call you with a high estimate so you have no choice to fix it or take a Uber back to pick up the car. The places is completely empty. They just get their job from AAA. don’t waste your time going there.
