Fast and courteous service. Got my flat tire fixed in a jiffy while I waited. The store accommodated me right away without an appointment. Will use again for routine car care. I recommend STS for all your urgent care needs.

Chris was a huge help when I came in with a Electric Parking Brake issue. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to, not to mention incredibly nice. Highly recommend coming here if you have any form of issues with your vehicle. I was out in no time.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with STS Tire and Auto. I brought my car in expecting professional service, but that was far from what I received. From the start, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Communication was poor, and it felt like no one there was actually interested in helping or even explaining what was going on with my vehicle. What made the situation worse was the pricing. I was quoted an amount that seemed completely unreasonable and far higher than what similar services cost elsewhere. When I questioned it, I didn’t get a clear explanation—just more attitude. The most frustrating part is that they held onto my car without even properly looking at it. I waited and expected updates, It took them three days and multiple phone calls from me for them to give me an evaluation on my vehicle. Just for them to not even fix the problem. it took a total of 1 week without my vehicle & no problems fixed. I ended up demanding my keys back and having to tow my car to another mechanic. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and overpriced. I would not recommend STS Tire and Auto based on how my situation was handled. Customers deserve transparency, fair pricing, and basic professionalism, none of which I experienced here.

Been coming to this location for many years. Showed up tonight right before they closed after getting a flat on my way home. Christopher was great and got me right in and fixed quickly. Highly recommended!!!

I had brakes and tires done on my car by technician Danny at STS Auto in Mt. Sinai. This tech is the epitome of a true professional. His work was done flawlessly with obvious attention dedicated to keeping my vehicle clean and completing repairs in a timely fashion. I will be sure to request him for my future auto needs. I’d like to add, Mike and Bill at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and I felt the estimate was fair and reasonable.
