Scotsmen autobody is a very good repair shop. They’re the best at what they do. I use them before in the past and was not disappointed SCOTT the front claims gentleman was very helpful knowledgeable I would recommend going to them if you’re in need of repairs to your vehicle I got my Cadillac Escalade back and it was flawless. I was just lost for words. Awesome work. Jet Black paint ! Thank you.

I cannot put into words how extremely grateful I am for this local business; the quality work they do and the beyond exceptional customer service they provide. The staff is so very kind, compassionate, professional and accommodating. Aside from the meticulously perfect job they’ve done each time I’ve brought my business to them, they’ve by far surpassed my expectations in the customer experience (not just service) department. Let’s face it, when you need to bring your car to an auto body shop, it’s never on desirable terms. Usually your car is banged up, possibly the same for you, maybe even on an emotional level. Because let’s face it, on top of everything else life throws at us, the last thing anyone wants to deal with is an accident. But Scotsman’s makes it the best case scenario - everything from start to finish was so effortless and reassuring. They are a Geico Express shop and they do not compromise the integrity of their work for any reason whatsoever. My most recent experience was due to my truck being hit in a parking lot and the person didn’t stick around, leaving me to foot the bill. Scott, Melissa and their wonderful staff took such good care of me from the moment I walked in the door, even before the estimate, up until I picked up my truck after repair. I literally cried when they handed me my keys, I was so relieved and they were so kind. Kinda restored my faith in humanity, the community and in small business interactions. The girl even came out from behind the counter to hug me. So when I say they are a business that cares, they really do! Not to mention, my truck looked brand new – inside and out … immaculate down to the armor all tires. Long story short, they have me as a customer for life. My sincerest “thank you” to Scotsman’s!

OUTSTANDING REPAIRS! I can't recommend Scotsman's Auto Body in Mount Sinai enough! After a recent fender bender, I was stressed about getting my car repaired. From the moment I called, they were incredibly helpful and professional. The manager Scott walked me through the entire process, worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I also was able to arrange a car rental with Enterprise and pick up/return my car rental at their shop. The work itself was absolutely flawless. My car looks brand new – you can't even tell it was ever damaged. Beyond the excellent repair work, the staff was friendly, courteous, and truly cared about getting me back on the road quickly and safely. If you need any auto body work done, do yourself a favor and go to Scotsman's. You won't be disappointed!

After my car getting hit, I brought it to Scotsman’s for repair. They were very helpful by being so informative and organized- from linking me to a car rental to their open constant communication with Sam calling me to let me updates on the status of my car. Bonus- my car ended up being done earlier than anticipated. They were a pleasure to deal with- and did great work. I would certainly use them in the future if need be and definitely recommend them.
