Tesla Service Westchester-Mt. Kisco

On the way back home from a vacation, my Tesla ran into a pothole on I-84 and blew the front right tire. My car was towed to the nearest Tesla service center which was at mt Kisco. The service manager, Sal and his team were very accommodating and were able to get me in asap dispite the fact it was almost closing time. Unfortunately the damage extended beyond a flat tire (bent rim and damaged suspension). They educated me on the damage, gave me the options and were able to fix the car temporarily and get me on my way right away. For the service they gave me, Sal and his team deserve all 5 stars for quality of service. Great job Sal!

I had a mobile mechanic, Zack, come out from Mt. Kisco (over an hour away). He saw that the wiring harness for the trunk of my 2020 Tesla Model 3 LR was previously repaired incorrectly and was able to replace it free of charge! He was knowledgeable, repaired in less than 30 min, and was professional and courteous, answering all of my questions on the job. Highly recommend Tesla service based on my service experience today!!! 10/10!

On the first day of 2026, we drove tesla cybertruck to the United States, and the first day there was an alert on the screen said we need to replace the gearbox fluid, but all the stores were off on that day, and we had to drive to the first day's destination, and then we found a tesla service store nearest to us, which is here. Because we didn't have an appointment, we want to find a good evaluation, good service experience to try our luck. We were there before it opens at 8 o 'clock on January 2nd. The store manager opened the door to us very kindly and said it was cold outside. When we explained the situation, Will was very considerate to us to do urgent treatment, the engineer did the inspection, changed the fluid, and also checked the tire pressure and cleaned the camera. Ten minutes after the road, the same problem came back, and we hurried back. Will wasn't at his seat. Andrew took over and quickly connected with the engineer for further examination. It was diagnosed that the Filter needed to be changed. But they didn't have it in their store. After asking about the city where we would arrive next, Andrew began to search online to order a package to the Tesla Service Centre at the next stop. Unfortunately, there was no nearby Service Centre at the next stop. He further got in touch with a nearby store that had filters and sent someone there to pick up the item and rush it back for repair. The whole process was smooth and fluid, feeling as warm as home. This store is located in the mountains, with beautiful views along the way, making it very suitable for self-driving Tours. Tesla car enthusiasts who enjoy self-driving Tours can take this place as a must-visit spot😊 我们在2026新年第一天开Tesla Cybertruck去美国的路上，第1天车就报警让更换变速箱油, 但当天所有的店都休息, 我们只能先开到第1天的目的地，然后找了一个离得最近的特斯拉服务店，就是这里. 我当时查了 Google的评价对这个店的评价非常好。因为我们没有预约，所以就想找一个评价好的，服务体验好的店来碰碰运气。1月2号一早8点开门之前我们就到了。店长很贴心的给我们开了门，说外面冷，先进来吧。当我们说明情况以后, Will非常贴心的给我们做了紧急处理, 工程师给做了检查, 换了油, 还顺便检查了胎压清理了摄像头。上路10分钟以后，同样问题又出现了，我们赶紧开了回来。Will 不在座位上, Andrew接待了我们, 迅速对接了工程师做了进一步检查, 诊断需要换Filter. 但他们的店里没有，询问了我们下一站到达的城市以后，Andrew开始在网上搜索订件去下一站的Tesla Service Centre，但可惜的是下一站没有较近的Service Centre. 他进一步联系了附近有Filter的店, 并派人去那个店取件回来赶修, 整个过程丝滑流畅, 感受象家一样温暖. 这个店在山里, 沿途环境优美, 非常适合自驾游. 喜欢自驾游的Tesla车友可以把这里作为打卡地噢😊
