Cadillac Mount Kisco

A good auto dealership is hard to find. Contacted Mt. Kisco Cadillac to look for a good deal on a Cadillac SUV. Took a walk-in visit to the dealership and was greeted by Alex who kindly honored my request to speak with a Manager. Spoke with Manager Chad who answered all of my questions and gave me all the information and numbers I needed on a vehicle I was interested in. No gimmicks, sales tactics, or surprises. Chad made the auto process transparent. Great eye contact, communication, knowledgeable, and professional. Salesman Alex was excellent to work with, reliable and productive. Communication was timely and consistent. His attention to customer satisfaction and customer service is HIGHLY professional. Alex went above and beyond to ensure the auto buying experience was extremely satisfactory. Drove away with a great deal on a Cadillac SUV and great sales service. Good location. Dealership is relatively new. I highly recommend Mt. Kisco Cadillac for lease or purchase of a Cadillac vehicle or other car buying needs. Salesmanship was top notch.
