Great experience from start to finish! Customer service was great, it was easy to make the appointment, got an appt quickly, the technician was professional and courteous! They handled contacting the insurance so I didn’t have to do anything! I highly recommend using this service!

Henry the rep or consultant was so helpful and understanding in scheduling my appointment to install my requested OEM glass by Mopar. Andre the tech did a great job making sure my reg and inspection stickers were put on as per my request and are perfectly straight!

So on March 4th I was able to schedule an appointment for my windshield to be replaced on 03/14/26. They sent me reminders that they were coming and half hour ago they texted me to tell me they are rescheduling for 03/18/26. Its not the first time that they do this to me, a month ago I had a previous appointment for them to show up. And they never did!! No message, no phone call to tell me they are not coming, nothing. I called the next day and they told me supposedly that their installers did come, but did not find me, that they called me when my phone never rang. Its not their fault, its mine!! For trusting them and giving them a second chance. I lost 10 days that I could have already find a different company who would have changed my windshield. Its crazy Plain and simple don't go with them. I own a company and never do that to my clients. Because I care about them. Thank you

Amazing customer service and even though I waited close to 4hrs, the wait didn't feel that bad because they have laptop tables where I was able to catch up on work. Wifi is great too. Met other customers there and engaged in some really cool conversations with other people while waiting. In terms of the quality of the work it is 10/10 fantastic! I had my windshield replaced and they put all of my stickers, such as registration and inspection perfectly back on. I got new wipers too and they are the best wipers I have ever had installed! Highly recommend these guys. This review is for the Mount Kisko location.

I’ve worked with this Safelite location more than once, and they’ve been great every time. Scheduling is easy and accommodating, and the technicians are always friendly, professional, and make the process feel smooth and hassle free. The only thing I found a bit odd was my first appointment, Issac didn’t show up or call, so I had to reschedule. On the second visit, he did call and let me know in advance, although he couldn’t complete the job since my windshield needed a full replacement. He came to my workplace, which I appreciated, but a no call, no show would’ve been a big inconvenience if I had taken time off. It also comes across as unprofessional and not a great look for the establishment. That said, I still gave 5 stars because Jason and another technician (I didn’t catch his name) made the experience worth it. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job.
