I explained to her what my needs were in terms of space inside the car. I’m a busy grandma, I was looking for three rows with a Captain seats! She was super helpful, giving me the full breakdown of prices and options. She took her time Explaining everything to me. She was not pushy to make a sale, which I appreciate very much! After my test drive w the HPE I knew this was the car for me! I was so excited!!! Celia had the car fully detailed and took care of a few issues that I noticed in the car! Super helpful!!! The service department is absolutely amazing. We’ve been here several times and they always treat us very well. My dad had worked here for over 20 years, and it’s a great company. The renovations are spectacular, and everything looks brand new. The waiting room is spacious and has plenty of seating. The cars are handled with care, and are brought back in perfect condition. The service does a great job and we are always happy customers.

What sets it apart is the warmth, patience, and professionalism of the staff. Every interaction feels respectful. Our salesperson, Angel, was the standout example of this culture. Knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly patient, Angel guided us through the process with honesty and care, never once making us feel rushed or pushed. It’s clear this dealership is very well managed; everyone works seamlessly together and is well trained. The result is an experience that feels thoughtful, trustworthy, and refreshingly human. We purchased a 2026 Plug in Rav 4 hybrid and are very pleased.

Office staff are knowledgeable, end polite. Mechanics performed all maintenance and repair well. Shuttle service is very important to me and the drivers were on time and personable. Been coming to this dealership for 7 years and have always been well treated and my car kept in excellent shape. Highly recommend Rivera Toyita.
