Exceptional Customer Service – Land Rover Mt. Kisco I continue to be impressed by the outstanding customer service at Land Rover Mt. Kisco. Recently, while in the area, the cup holder/storage compartment in my Range Rover became completely jammed and would not open. I called for guidance and spoke with Doug Avella, who immediately welcomed me to stop by even though I didn’t have an appointment. They took my vehicle right away, and General Manager Donald Thompson personally took the time to troubleshoot the issue himself. What could have turned into a very expensive repair was resolved quickly thanks to their willingness to go above and beyond. While it may have seemed like a minor issue, neither Doug nor Don treated it that way. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping! Their exceptional service is one of the reasons I continue to return to Land Rover Mt. Kisco. I purchased my Range Rover there a little over a year ago, and the support has continued long after the sale! A very special thank you also goes to Sales Manager Anthony Grasso. Yesterday evening at ~8:00 PM, my key fob unexpectedly became deactivated after my vehicle had been parked in a parking garage. I was late for a dinner and didn’t know what to do. Anthony answered my call immediately, stayed on the phone walking me through solutions, and even called me back with additional troubleshooting steps that ultimately helped me reactivate the key fob. That’s the kind of service you simply don’t find anymore. I’ve purchased my last two vehicles from Land Rover Mt. Kisco, and because of experiences like these, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for sales or service. Had a challenging electrical issue with my Defender 130 and the vehicle was out of commission for quite a while. Service team was proactive, empathetic and very helpful thorough the process. They communicated well and we very transparent. The issue included waiting weeks for back ordered parts but the team took good care of me and worked hard for my interests.

Everything went smoothly. Chrystopher, George and the rest of the service team were friendly, helpful and great all around. Was able to get an appointment with a loaner car quickly. Got my car back on time. Communication was easy. Everyone and everything was extremely efficient.

My first time in a Range Rover, and I have never, in all of my years driving and buying cars, had a more fantastic experience than my husband and I did at this Mount Kisco dealership! The service department has also been outstanding! I popped a tire recently, and I was in and out thanks to Doug and his team !

A fair and honest review of my recent service experience- My situation was not specific to this dealership, but rather an ongoing corporate Land Rover issue with parts availability. My vehicle was held at the dealership for over a month while waiting on parts, and unfortunately this situation affected multiple customers at the same time. Because of the volume of impacted vehicles, no loaner cars were available, which made an already difficult situation even more frustrating. While the overall service experience felt exhausting due to delays and limitations tied to the brand itself, the staff at Mt. Kisco — particularly Douglas — did what they could within those constraints. Douglas at Land Rover Mt. Kisco made a consistent effort to keep an open line of communication with me throughout the process. He provided updates when available and was responsive when I reached out, which I genuinely appreciated. Clear communication made a big difference when circumstances are largely out of everyone’s control. Thank you to the team at Mt. Kisco!
