Always a positive experience. Whether I’ve called for an explanation or had my car serviced, everyone is professional and thorough. They go the extra mile to be sure you get what you need. I’ve worked with a number of people who are all very good, and Andre and Dwight stand out.

Went in for service, almost $200 for an oil change. Was told that I needed a wheel alignment, and 2 new tires. Declined, and took the vehicle to not 1, but 2 tire shops. Both said my tires were wearing exactly as they should for the milage on them, and the alignment was perfectly within specs. Evil, just like most dealerships.
