I called for roadside assistance for a flat tire trying to find somebody to come and repair or replace the tire and got transfered to dispatch team. They did not know the prices for the tires. I was transfered back and forth between shop and dispatch team until somebody could tell me the price for the tire. Finally after I agreed to tech being dispatched without tire price I was given the ETA 60-90 minutes. 15 minutes after I got call and I was informed the tech was not dispatched yet and they cannot do tire repair on the road, they can just air up the tire or replaced it. After I agreed to that again the same ETA was given. 15 minutes later I received a call again and I was informed they do not have most common tire size in stock in any location in the area (at least 2 location in the vicinity) and they cannot do the road call. I would give 0 starts if I could, they wasted good 60 minutes of our time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a mechanical issue while at a Watkins Glen track day and FleetPride promptly dispatched a driver (Orlando) who safely towed my car all the way down to Westchester County. He's a total pro. Great communication.

Great group of people at this location. I was on vacation hauling horses and my F250 truck broke down pulling into the campground July 1st. They were able to diagnose the issue, get part and install within 2 days to get me back on the road to my next destination on July 3rd. Excellent work!
