From my first phone call to my visit in person, every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Miss Kim, who took the time to find exactly what I needed for my Kia sedan at an excellent price. The level of service exceeded my expectations. Not only did they provide four new tires, but they also repaired a bent wheel in-house at a very reasonable price as part of the service. Received a phone call that service was done barely 2 hours after I dropped it off. I left my vehicle overnight since I was out of town and had no issues picking it up the following morning. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and handled with professionalism from start to finish.
