Brandon is the best mechanic around and he will not rip you off or tell you, you have a bunch of other shit wrong with your car, like they do at this stealerships. He is a very honest guy! He will get you on the road again Lickety split!

I wish I could rate this business a zero, but unfortunately, I have to give it at least one star. My experience with ACR in Walden was beyond frustrating. I took my car in for an engine replacement, which cost me $6,000. After keeping my car for several months, they supposedly replaced the engine—but used old parts from my original engine. For months after the repair, my check engine light remained on, and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. One technician genuinely tried to help, and I would have rated him a 3-star effort, but he was the only one at the location who seemed to care. The owner, on the other hand, was never around and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I blame myself for being too patient, but when it was time for my car to pass inspection, it failed due to the ongoing check engine light issue. When I addressed my concerns with the owner, she was rude, unhelpful, and displayed terrible customer service. I was shocked that she manages not just this location but another in New Windsor. Ultimately, I took my car to a dealership, where they properly diagnosed and fixed the problem in just two days—one day to get the necessary parts and another to complete the repair. It cost me an additional $1,700, but at least it was done right. Meanwhile, I wasted nearly seven months waiting for ACR in Walden to fix my car. I strongly do not recommend this shop or their New Windsor location. If you want your vehicle back in one piece, take it somewhere else.

Honestly five stars isn’t enough for this place. I brought my 08 Tahoe to Healey so many times and spent over $13,000 throwing parts at it only for them to tell me “well it might just have a bad engine” I was recommended to take my truck here and I am so glad I did. The guys took the time to investigate and research what was actually going on with my truck. AND THEY FIXED IT!!!! She runs beautifully now! Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles here. They are honest, caring and extremely fair! Nobody else will ever touch my truck again unless it’s here. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Joe is the best person there. He made me feel good about bringing my car over and he took care of the issue fir me and saved me from a trip to the dealership who was ripping me off. Then dif the oil change better and faster than Walmart and rotation of my tires. I gotta say if he never looked I would have never known that there was a nail in my back tire. He also saved it for me and the tire works as brand new. Thank you Joe.

I was interested in a truck they were selling and called in about as well as sent a request online. Never heard anything back from the online request, so I called. The Mechanic that was running the phone line was very nice and told me that he would relay my interest(for which I said I would pay even more than what I offered, it was my low ball) in the vehicle to the owner and sales manager. I am still waiting to receive a phone call back, but what I can gather they want more money than a vehicle is worth and it kinda urks me that you can at least not call back and tell the interested person that you are not interested.
