I have purchased two f-150’s and have had them both serviced here since 2019. I don’t have any complaints. Very happy with sales and service.

Very detailed and knowledgeable. My '23 F-150 had some nasty rodent damage. They did an excellent job of keeping me updated and informed. I got my truck back, and so far, she runs great. Thank you, Scott O, in service for the great help.

Dropped vehicle off on scheduled day. Dealer didn’t get to it until the following day. Didn’t have parts in stock so said they would call me when parts were in. A week later called and said the parts were in and we scheduled it for the following week. Dropped it off and they called to say it was done however they only had parts to fix one of the issues and the parts to fix another issue I had were on back order and it would be another couple of weeks for them to come in. I use this vehicle for work so everyday I don’t have it, it’s a hassle. If they would have told me all the parts weren’t in to begin with I would have just waited to schedule it when all the parts came in.

They did the 30,000mi service and recall, but that's it. I had left a list of things I needed checked and fixed, especially if there were under warranty. They did tell me, in regards to the inability to update the vehicle software, that it would cost $199 to diagnose. I still have an inoperable upper glove box door, a rattling sunroof, can't update software through the app or vehicle, have exterior trim fading way too fast, and others. The service manager also acted clueless as to whether the service recorded would be recorded so that they showed up on the app and vehicle report sites like all previous dealer records have. I'll be in the market for a new truck soon, and won't consider this dealership. I will try another dealer and hope for better service.
