I was disappointed to find they gave me a synthetic blend when the the manufacturer recommends full. I should have been given the option when the service order was written I would have gladly paid more. Also they included a complimentary tire rotation without informing me. Why would they do that not knowing when the last rotation was. In my case I rotate every 6K following the rear cross pattern. I have no idea what.pattern was followed. Also my change oil indicator was not reset. So next time I'll know to ask questions. On a positive note staff was friendly and facility was clean

The staff was friendly and kept me informed throughout the inspection process. Special shout out to Nick at the counter. His customer service was exceptional on every level. I would recommend this particular location to everyone.

Have brought my Jeep here since I’ve had it (a long time) as well as my wife’s Toyota Highlander. The manager Will is a great guy, awesome service! Always gives you notice on what you’ll need so you can plan. Very honest and personable. Much appreciated, highly recommend!

They got me right in. I also drive a manual truck and I actually tried 4 other shops that couldn't do my alignment because they couldn't drive my vehicle. So that alone was amazing, maybe it's just my opinion but if your work in a shop you should be able to drive a manual. Very professional.

I scheduled an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. I was told to come back in an hour because they were short staffed. I came back and waited over an hour for them to complete my state inspection. I understand being short staffed and things taking longer, but would have appreciated a phone call to reschedule instead of being told to come back and then not being first in line resulting in a very long wait and rescheduling of other appointments that morning. When my car was done, it was pulled around to the front door and I left, driving straight out of the parking lot. I was called later that evening and accused of hitting an employees Mercedes when I left. The employee who called me described a white vehicle backing into the Mercedes. I reminded him that I drove a blue/purple car and my car was brought to the front door so I was able to leave without backing up. The employee stated he recalled this but was calling me to double check. I was very confused about why I was accused of hitting his vehicle if he knew I drove a different colored vehicle and he remembered that I pulled straight out of the establishment. The wait time, while irritating, is understandable and I would still utilize their established for vehicle services. They employees are polite and they do a good job for what I pay for. It was the phone call accusing me of hitting an employee vehicle that has made me leave this review. Next time I need to take my car there, I will certainly record my entry and exit to ensure I am protected against baseless accusations that could result in criminal charges. I would advise anyone using this establishment to do the same. I would also advise the business to install cameras to protect their vehicles and client vehicles from this situation as well. I was surprised that there aren’t cameras installed given the high volume of vehicles in and out everyday. Again, the employees were very pleasant and the work was done properly, so it is likely I will continue to use them with the caveat that my scheduled appointments will now be for drop off and I will record entering and exiting the establishment.
