Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The pricing is extremely reasonable for general maintenance on my Volkswagen. For $170 I was able to get a full oil change and my tires rotated. Service like this at the dealership typically would've ran me over 250 easy. The staff was extremely friendly and even Let me know about the promotional coupons on their website so that I could get a discount as well. My service technician Ray was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and handled all my needs quickly. Definitely recommend!

I got an oil change there today, which was fine no complaints. But the mechanic said they “tested my Freon levels” and said they were running low. They said it would be $399 for new Freon. Afterwards I went to Nissan 112 where I purchased my 2021 Sentra SR and the service center told me they actually can’t accurately test Freon for my car which has a closed system. Also they told me they needed to replace my oil plug gasket which I have never been told before in my years of having my car. Overall the workers there were nice, but I just don’t appreciate trying to be up charged for something that isn’t even wrong.

Good service but problem on reset of service light for my BMW X3. The guys spent like 20 minutes trying to figure it out. I felt like they really put the extra effort in. Turns out I needed to drive the car a number of miles before it could be reset. I was impressed with the diligence of the guys.

Be careful going to this Valvoline they try and bait and switch you I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and went to the location to have it done. They tried to tell me that they did not have synthetic blend oil and my only option was to upgrade to full synthetic which was an additional 50 something dollars more than what I paid for the groupon. Not to mention the increased oil price I would have to pay per quart versus synthetic blend.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. I liked how they explained everything and kept me informed without trying to upsell me. You can tell they care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back
