Caliber Collision

I chose Calliber and I’m glad I did. The level of professionalism that Steve and everyone has there it’s top notch. They make everything easy from scheduling the appointment to drop off and pick up. Steve kept me informed with updates on how the repairs were going on my truck. Calliber fixed my brand new Tucson and their work was like magic because it looks like nothing ever happened. Caliber Collision, wow; i love this place!! They were amazing to me from the start with my car repair. Steve and the mechanics he uses are the absolute best!! Their service was quick and they explained everything to me. The women in the office Jess and Alicia, absolutely love them. They helped me every step of the way from getting my car towed to Caliber, to calling the insurance company to see whats covered, to when i picked up the keys to my fixed car. Impeccable these two ladies!!! Thank you for everything!!

As far as I'm concerned the work was not finished. I was rear-ended in the back of my pickup truck and my bed was pushed forward on the right side and they are trying to tell me that it comes like that from the factory and that there's nothing they can do for it. Also one tailpipe is longer than the other because the bed is pushed forward. It appears as such. When I went to pick up the vehicle I had drips of paint on the back of the tailgate that they never cleaned up and it dried that way. Which tells me they never inspected the vehicle when it was done to make sure it was right. So my vehicle had to stay there an extra day so they can sand it down and repaint the tailgate and when they reassembled my tailgate they forgot to plug in the power lock selinoid so I couldn't lock the tailgate with the power locks. I had to take it apart myself that night to try to get my vehicle to lock correctly. I would not recommend the shop.

While the whole team was exceptional, Steve made my experience particularly great. He truly made one of the worst days of my life instantly better as soon as I stepped through Caliber Collision’s doors. He reassured me that the damage to my car seemed superficial, and that he would do a thorough inspection to be certain. He was also honest and upfront about the cost I would be responsible for, which gave me time to prepare. Upon pickup, I received a detailed breakdown of everything that was worked on and the cost. Steve also communicated with me consistently until my car was ready. I wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else after my experience here. Thank you Caliber Collision team!

My grandmother took her car here after a bad accident. Normally she's very particular about where she will take her car and who fixes it, she did go in extremely nervous but between the process being thoroughly explained and her being kept very well informed, they took the stress right out of this whole experience. When she picked up her car she was so incredibly happy with the outcome, right down to the paint match. Thank you so much for all your help. We will definitely be back if we ever have to go through this again.
