Fun Wheels Honda

Nice Saturday for a ride. So I took my bike and made this a destination. I've been passing this store my whole life when it was Suzuki. Really wanted to see the new Honda SCL500 scrambler. And check it out. They had one. Walked in and I was pleasantly surprised how nice of space it is. The photos don't do it justice. It's stacked with bikes. I didn't think there was going to be that many here. They had just about every Honda from what I could see. Two guys at the counter and just me. I walked around a little bit and then they said can we help you. I said yeah you know I just want to sit on the scrambler there. So the guy pulled out the scrambler for me and the CB650R. Just because they were next to each other and I was going to try both. I really like the scrambler fit me to a t. And that 650 or did not! We talked about motorcycles for quite some time. And even went outside and checked out mine. Really a great interaction. Talk to the other guy at the counter about distinguished gentleman's ride. Other motorcycling things happening. Really nice interaction. Thank you. Thanks for letting me sit on the bikes as much as I wanted.

Never bringing another bike here again , they were good for many years until they changed owners always was taken care of well and have purchased many bikes from this establishment but after what i went thru this season with them never again . My bike was sitting for 3 months without being touched at all after dropping it off to be fixed up from a minor crash when i was being told that whole time it was being worked on then halfway done then almost done then i show up and it is sitting in the same form i left it and nothing was done after being lied to countless times i just towed the bike to another shop .

So sad to see a company me and my family have been using for years turn sour. Stopped by two weeks ago for some regular fluids, the young kid at the desk helped and was very helpful. The guy in the back with long hair has an attitude problem just how he speaks to you makes you feel like he's doing you a favor. I used to walk in and be greeted like family and taken care of, the last time i left in disappointment

Let me start by I have been using these guys for 10+years and no issues. Axel was great to me for so many years, not sure if hes still there but I hear under new ownership... go figure. Brought 2 dirt bike wheels to these guys to put fresh tubes in them. I used to be a mechanic but I figured let me save myself the time and frustration with the tire spoons. They made it accommodatable by allowing me to drop them off before they opened and they did turn it the same day last min notice. Would have earned a 5 star for this but unfortunately the follow through on the work itself was not so "white glove". After charging 150$ to replace 2 tubes, the wheels were already off the bike ( $50 per tube for labor. This should take an experienced tech, with the right equipment 5-10 minutes per) Thinking this was high priced but for convenience, screw it I'm for it!... Convenience is not what was received unfortunately. After a 4 hour drive to AOAA, 5 mins into our ride the rear tire was flat again, I expected the wheel was bad or the bead on the tire was shot. ( frustrated that the tech did not inspect the wheel or tire) but what really happened, is there was never a nut put over the valve on the outside of the wheel, or it was and wasn't tightened and rattled off instantly. On top of improper installation, the tube put in the bike looked of the thickness of a bicycle tube. Long story short, we lost half a day of maybe 3 days a year I get to go riding trying to find a tube and tools to change it. After properly installing the CORRECT tube the dirt bike didn't have any issues for the rest of the day and turns out no issues with the wheel or bead of the tire. Due to carelessness of the tech involved, I over paid and received 0 convenience.

Will never go to this place again! Bought a brand new 2024 Honda cbr600rr threw them and brought bike in for first service and they scratches top of gas tank and now there not fixing it on there end and owner does not answer texts for the last 3 weeks! NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!
