My mother was in a car accident this morning right on Hospital Road. Joe came and is the nicest most compassionate person! He immediately wanted to make sure my mother was ok and offered his service to help us out. He gave me great advice about how to make sure her insurance would cover the repairs and all he wanted to do was help us both. I would recommend Joe and his business any day of the week! Not only a true professional but cares about who he is helping. Great man! Thank you Joe!

Joe was very nice and helpful after our car got into an accident and towed. One of the employees Hugo stayed after hours to let me get my stuff out of the car after work and he did not have to do that.

I was in a car accident on sunrise the cop called this towing company and wouldn’t let me use AAA the tow guy was rude rushing me even tho I was just in a bad accident. I called to get my car back and just to get my stuff they want over $200 the car is done for and they want over $600 just to get it back the car isn’t worth that. They are just rip off and only car about money not you.
