Had some warranty work done to replace my rear assembly. They came highly recommended from the repair pro website and I now know why. From start to finish it never felt like your typical body/repair shop. From someone who's been working on their own vehicles for years, this was my first experience in about 14 years. Very easy to talk to about the issue with my truck. Maria helped get me set up with enterprise for a rental. Talking to Chris the owner I can see why he's been in business so long. He knows how to do right by his customers and treat them as people not look at them as a dollar sign and the staff he has shares the same ideals. Maria, Jimmy, and Victor are great people and I thank them for their kindness. Jimmy did amazing work getting my truck diagnosed, taking off the rear and getting the new one all set, tested and ready to go!! They made my experience a great one and I will be back!!

$3,600 in front end damages. Done within 10 days. I got emails, texts and phone calls all throughout the process that kept me informed. They are very professional and understanding. I got my SUV back just like I drove it off the lot at the dealership 9 months ago. I totally recommend Giordano’s!

I don’t know if this is right or not but i was involved in an accident and my car was towed by this company 10 minutes from the accident.. i want to take out my car right away and the secretary say that she can’t do the paperwork work only the boss so i have to wait till he wants to do it and came to the shop !! Guess what ?? For the 4 hrs my car was there they charge me over $600 really??? Please do not let this company towed your car after a car accident they gonna charge even driver breakfast!!

We just picked up our car from Giordano's Collision in Medford and dealt with The Manager Matt Reino. Just wanted to let anyone out there who is looking for a reliable body shop that this is the place! Excellent body work and Matt is a pleasure to deal with. So, take the stress out of looking for the right shop and pay them a visit.

Maria is awesome everyone here from front desk to the mechanics was awesome polite and kept me very informed. It was a pleasure from beginning to end and my car looks absolutely awesome even better than when I brought it in
