Great experience at Genuine Collision Center! Chris was very friendly and professional. They pay close attention to the smallest details and truly deliver top-quality work. Highly recommend them.

My car was hit in the church parking lot at the end of August. I am a teacher and this was definitely a very inconvenient time for this to happen. The person who hit me wanted to pay the repairs themselves. This shop was recommended to me by Nissan. My car is a Murano. I went there and Steve was so helpful and explained everything. He gave me an estimate and explained that until they took the bumper off, they would not know if there was any additional damage under it. He explained that the estimate could go up due to this. Well, there was additional damage. Steve worked so hard to keep costs as close to the original estimate as possible. He was in constant communication with me, and worked on getting the car finished in a timely manner knowing that I just went back to school. The day that Steve called me to tell me about the crack under the bumper, I was in a bank sitting with a banker opening an account. After I hung up, she apologized for overhearing my conversation. She then said that she had never heard a mechanic sound so caring and genuine as Steve. She told me she was totally in shock. All the work done was great. There was some glue or something on the headlight and I asked Steve about it and he took care of it right away. Steve knew my Murano is a lease and I had concerns about the damage which had now been fixed and turning in the vehicle. He explained the process and told me not to worry. He said that he used to take leases in for Nissan, and explained that minor scratches or such would not be a problem. (There were none after they completed the work, but I was still nervous.) He then gave me some touch up paint in case I ever needed it. From start to finish, this was a great experience. Steve is amazing. I should have written this review months ago, but life gets in the way sometimes (and I was being a little lazy too). My only regret in this whole situation is that I did not write this review months ago. I highly recommend Genuine Collision Center in Medford, NY on route 112. The auto body techs provided excellent workmanship, and Steve provided superb customer service!

The quality of service and professionalism that I've experienced at Genuine Collision seems really rare in 2025. That makes me really appreciate the personal touch, prompt follow-through, and reliability I've experienced not once, but twice, at Genuine Collision. I got a quote for a recent repair at a neighboring repair shop that was literally three times as much as Genuine Collision's estimate. The final cost matched the estimated price and the costs for both parts and labor was substantially lower than the competitor's. The repair was completed on time and looked fantastic. Beyond this, the communication and warmth of Steve, was exceptional. For both repairs, he went the extra mile, staying in touch with me about every step of the repair, and as a single mother, I'm both grateful and appreciative that there were no games or attempts to take advantage of me financially. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to let other women know that you can trust Steve and Genuine Collision to do a great job at a very fair price.

Before I bring the car here, I was wondering how is that possible that all the reviews and comments are so good! Now, with what I've seen from Chris and Steve, I understand that. My car had scratches on the paint on the rear bumper cover, and hopefully Chris walked me through the process perfectly. I was about to replace the bumper cover, and I'm happy I didn't, thanks to Chris. I got the car back detailed inside and outside. I'm happy with the result.
