Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Found a screw in my tire, stopped by the service station at Monro. DAVE was professional, kind, and explained to me what could be done. I waited less than 35 minutes. Waiting area was air conditioned, clean and the tv was on but not loud. Overall, great experience!

We were able to drop-off our vehicle on a Sunday morning for a New York inspection, oil change, rear brakes and 4 brand new tires. And was able to pick it up by the end of the business day. They are a well oiled machine there in North Syracuse. I tip my hat to them and will recommend them to friends and family.

I have had a few things happening with my car plus inspection and oil change. In all the times that I have been at Monro for service,I have been treated with the utmost respect and the service has been above and beyond expectations!! If everyone had an employee like the manager,David, you would be truly blessed!! The employees I have dealt with work like a team together. The service is topnotch!! Thank God that I have such a place to go to with my car!!! Thank you,Monro!!!!

I take several of my vehicles there I own a business and have other people driving my company vehicles. And often times have to drop off a car without scheduling an appointment. They are always very good about getting it worked in and I trust everything that they tell me that the car needs or could use in the future. They are a wonderful asset to my business and I would highly recommend them.

Brought in my car and in the waiting room I overheard a manager gaslight an older lady to agreeing to a higher price. That wasn't great. But my car was already set in for an inspection, my car failed the inspection which was expected but I had to fail for them to work on it. Paid for a diagnostic test and then some work which totaled to around $600. For $600 I'd hope it'd be fixed but not even 30 miles later the light was back on and I ran the diagnostic test at an Autozone for free and I was told if it was the same codes they'd at least check it out for free. Just dropped in and the manager I spoke to in order to get my car rechecked on had left minutes prior to our appointment. On top of that they gave no assurance they'd fix anything for another $600+ and seeing how others got treated. I'm glad this was just to try and get the car fixed to sell for higher since I bought a new car the other day. Otherwise I'd be driving past inspection with the shop blowing me off so they don't have to deal with a customer they pretty much screwed over. Edit: I also had my battery die after my initial appointment where nothing was fixed. I've had 0 issues with my battery at all for 2 years but they seemed to know it was going to become a problem that day and even warned me and my code was nothing touching the battery. Just found it odd.
