Candy Cars Service Center

This was, hands down, the best customer service I’ve ever had. I would give them 10 stars if I could. You already know how hard it is to find a dealership/garage that you can trust - it’s been my experience that this is the goto place to buy a vehicle and for repairs. Their service department was top notch, with fair and up front pricing, and a friendly knowledgeable staff. They even washed the vehicle after servicing, it looked just as good as when I bought it. Had a great experience at Candy Cars with Sam and Carmen . I brought my car in for a diagnostic and they made the whole process really easy from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was simple, and I appreciated that they kept me updated throughout everything. They called me directly and also sent me a link with all the information explaining what was wrong with my car, which made everything clear and convenient. Great communication and customer service overall!

Service representative - Sam McGinness, did an amazing job hearing my needs, addressing them in a timely manner, and did it with a great attitude. He is a wonderful asset to the organization.

Sam gave me all the updates promptly. He was very kind, full of smiles, and offered to get me something to drink. Plus since my car was bought from Candy Cars I get free inspections each year! All in all, things went smoothly & they have another pleased customer 🙂

Had good experience, bringing my van in for inspection. Carmen in service department was friendly. They gave me a ride to and from....took a long time but otherwise was good.Carmen did a great job, thank you Carmen!
