Leased a 2026 GMC Terrain. I asked about the registration fee and I was told that was the fee to for registrations of the GMC. I said so I will have to pay this again in August when my registration runs out again. Was told yes. 4 days later I received a call that my registration is ready and I owed more money. I said no I don't because I had already asked and was told the fee was to register the GMC. The salesperson never said it is our fee. The lady then told me no the $75.00 is a Fee that NYS allows us to charge you for us to go to DVM on your behalf. Also asked what is the interest rate was told 6.7% which to me is very high. It had 380 miles on it. Asked to see the lease, I was told I couldn't see the whole entire lease agreement because it is all electronic. Four days later had to pick up registration and found out the this dealership put on the registration that there was 470 miles on a new lease vehicle. I called GM Corporate office and was told I was supposed to have 5 pages of the the lease agreement to view before signing. Went back and finally got a copy of the rest of my lease agreement. Also was told by GM Corporate office that lease vehicles should only have anywhere from 5 to 50 miles. On my lease agreement is stated on 97 miles on it. And no where on the lease does it have the interest rate. Poor communication, horrible ethics.

Bought a used 2021 Cadillac xt4 sport from Fay’s a month ago now and I had a great buying experience! When my new car wasn’t ready until a day later than expected and I was out a vehicle for a day, I was given a loaner car until I could pick mine up the next day. This made for a smooth buying process and I’d definitely use Fay’s again!

Because they’re not always easy to find. They know how to treat you right at Fay Motors. They know how to truly value you as a customer, and I have seen them really put in the time and work to make sure my vehicle and I were taken care of. Keith is an especially outstanding employee, a real pleasure to work with. Always patient, always friendly, while getting the job done right! My experience here has been awesome, I highly recommend the service team at Fay Motors. You can’t go wrong with them! 5/5
