WAS a customer for years, however, after taking my car in for the same issue 3 times, and then was told they could "fix it" again, or they would do a new exhaust for $2,500.00. The woman had the audacity to tell my husband that I said we had ruta in our driveway and that was what caused the problem. We have a well-maintained driveway with NO ruts, and I never said that!! I hate liars. We will never do business there again.

Highly recommend this garage. I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law from Virginia with a Ford 250 towing an RV The afternoon before we were heading back, I noticed I had a severe leak with a seal in my rear axle my son-in-law recommended this place. I talked to them to see if they could get it done so we can leave the next day. It was close to closing hours and they said they would do their best within a half an hour. They found a part had me drop the truck off and by 10 o’clock the next morning they had it all done plus they fixed a minor electrical problem. What impressed me even more was when I picked up the truck they gave me a detailed report on some of the things they found while they were doing the repairs. their bill was very reasonable. The mechanic is very knowledgeable, and the girl that worked behind the counter seemed very knowledgeable in this field. I’m actually going to try and schedule some of my preventive maintenance to where I could have them done at my next visit anybody that needs repairs you need to try this place

Great work, great communication, brought my truck in for a manifold leak they found a leak in second manifold as well as a bad upper control arm. with all this they communicated with me what needed to be done and cost throughout the whole process. I think they were very reasonable with parts and labor would definitely recommend them and will be a returning customer.

If you looking to get an alignment or just common work done to your vehicle this is a place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR IN THE TOWN OF MASSENA. The front desk lady was extremely friendly and asked for a special request and she made sure it followed through to the workers. I’ve had 4 vehicles aligned at this shop and it’s the best work for alignment you will find in massena. All the workers are extremely friendly and don’t try to act like they more know vehicle knowledge then yourself. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN MASSENA BUT BAXSTERS TO GET AN ALIGNMENT!
