Tesla Service Syracuse Fayetteville

Ordered the full set of winter wheels and tires for my 2025 Model Y Juniper. When having the service center change the wheels not only did they not test drive the car to make sure everything was mounted right they also didn't check the alignment to see that they had obviously messed it up. I live in Watertown over an hour away and had to drive home with the wheel visibly turned in order to get the car home because they refused to fix it the same day I had to make another appointment a week later for them to fix it and they dared to try to charge me to fix their mistake. Anyone getting even the slightest work done double and triple check everything and go on a test drive before you leave the service center. The service center doesnt care about your car so make sure they actually do the work and don't break something else. I have 4200 miles on my car and have had to go to service 4 times now. If there was any other service center in the area I'd go there instead. This place is a joke.

Went in on December 10th for a warranty replacement of a upper knuckle bushing. It was only supposed to take 3 hours. They ended up needing to keep the car overnight. They gave me an older Model Y that had less features than mine and the tire pressure was low in all four tires. When I went back to pick my Model Y up the next day they said they "covered the alignment cost for me" While I was driving home it felt like it was pulling to the right, so I made an appointment with our local guy to check if it was aligned. It was NOT. To summarize the car should have been aligned on December 11th. When it was actually aligned on January 7th, this is the before and after. We had new tires put on at the beginning of December had I not taken the car to be double checked, we would have messed up all four of our new tires. I was there in July and the service was way better not sure what changed.

I’ve had my first Tesla since February 2025. Since then, I’ve been driving an hour to this service center for maintenance and repairs. The staff used to be quite inconsistent and often seemed unsure during most of my visits. Recently, I met the new service department manager. He is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and clearly loves his job. I’m very happy and grateful for the improvement in service. Thank you!

Had problems with ac in model y. In 2 days they fixed, easy in, easy out. Crazy busy, expect to wait 15-20 days just to get appt. Folks are nice there, once you get used to the app drop off and pickup is easy and you dont even have to talk to them if you dont want to.

Essentially stole my boyfriend’s car without notice for 4 days. Worked on it on a Friday, dropped off at 10:30am and estimated repair pickup at 5pm the same day. No texts, no communication whatsoever, 0 updates indicating there would be an issue getting it back to him on time the entire day. He checked the app constantly throughout the day to see if there were any updates on how repairs were going, just in case it got done early. After 5pm that day (conveniently the same time the service area closes), we receive and update in his app that the car will not be available for pickup until TUESDAY. They did not provide a loaner car, did not respond to texts, did not respond to calls, and we work all weekend- now he doesn’t have his own transportation to do so. We cannot just go get the car as it is in service mode, and it is locked inside the shop. This costs us an additional hundreds of dollars for a loaner just for transportation. These were not complicated repairs. They were doing a tire rotation, windshield wiper replacement, fixing a manufacturing defect glove box compartment issue, and realigning the tires. This is ridiculous, shameful, and irresponsible service.
