I was greeted as I pulled into the service bay and escorted to a Service Manager who checked in my GLE350 for a NYS Inspection. The check in was quick and the service was completed within reasonable time. I enjoyed the comfort of their front waiting area which has a fireplace. Overall a good experience!
View on GoogleLong story made short and sweet: my daughter hit a monster pothole, both air compression bags in the suspension blew (the car is older with lots of miles). As the parent living on the opposite coast, getting it repaired could have been a nightmare; however, enter Peter M @ MB of Syracuse. Peter was incredibly easy to work with, extremely professional and just went above and beyond. We could not be happier.
