They took my inspection appt without delay, and got it done promptly, much to my relief. I know they don’t make money on these. A very pleasant experience.

I called to ask about repairing a tire with a nail and was quoted $29 for the repair. However, when I arrived, I was told that Tesla requires a lift pad. I didn’t have one, but the technician said it wasn’t a problem and that they could still lift the car. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. Since the shop is nearby, I was even planning to schedule an appointment with them to check the parking sensor issue on my other car. But when I saw the bill, it was $105, which was far beyond my expectations. It was just a simple plug repair, and they didn’t even remove the tire. Next time, I’ll make sure to confirm the exact price in advance, as the phone quote didn’t match the actual cost. updated The owner saw this feedback , understood the situation, responded to me in a timely manner, and provided a partial refund. I am very satisfied with their customer service attitude.

I took my wheel down for a slow leak and I had a donut on, was told they would put it inside a water chamber so the leak could be identified, was told $29 to have them fix it, and mount it back on. Got a call about 3hrs later saying “If you can be here in 15 minutes we can put it on” so I rushed down there within 5 mins, to sit and wait 15 minutes before they touched my car. Got the bill and it was $100!!! They said the valve stem was leaking so they replaced it, balanced the wheel ($45!!!?) and mounted it($25 even tho the tire was OFF the car because AAA put the donut on the day before). I said it and recorded a video of the conversation and went on my way. I swear to God I got in my car and my TMPS sensor said 29/40psi. Drove around for a little bit and it kept leaking. I called them and they said to come back down. I got there and they bring it in the back and I hear the tire being removed and then BOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! I hear my tire slam onto the ground. 10 minutes later they come out and show me a crack on my wheel the size of Utah. So not only did they falsify their original maintenance report and up charge the hell out of me, but when I brought it back they purposely broke my wheel. I honestly thought I could call and get it figured out but they honestly ignore my calls and do not pick up. I’m a Private Investigator and I think it’s time maybe we make some reports to the state.

The staff worked with our schedule on repairing a slow leak in our tire, repaired it and the price was very reasonable! They are always great to work with. And I appreciate having someone reliable to repair our vehicle - truck, car whatever.
