I jump all over my new truck and drawing stuff out of it would not let me unload my own truck and the kid scratched it. I went to confront him he started an attitude and went off the way like a little kid. Very unprofessional employee. Been going there over 15 years because they always been polite and nice but that all change to day with this kid. As long as that kid there i will never take my stuff there. I would be embarrassed to have a person working in my business if he treat customer like that without trying to work it out. By his reaction you can tell he just a spoiled kid that think the world owe him everything. If this was my kid he would have a lot to say to the company and to the customer. If I ever did that when you father get home you would know when he was home and he would take you out back

Went there 1 1/2 hours after they open and no one’s there. Pace is completely locked. Drove 30 minutes for nothing

I watched as a weigh in dude weighed my stuff, saw him pick up a container of #1 copper of the scale, it went down by 11 pounds, he marked it as 7 pounds of #2 copper. A Big rip off.

Friendly, smiling, always customer oriented. Customer service is second to none. Overall experience head and shoulders above the competition. Would recommend to all of my friends and family.
