Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I’ve gone to Monro in Malta multiple times now, and every experience has been great. Last week I walked out to a flat tire in my garage and was able to air it up enough to drive over after calling the shop. They got me in first thing that morning, and everyone I dealt with was helpful, informative, and easy to work with. It’s always a good experience, and I really appreciate the reliable service.

Just had a great experience here. Fixed my tire on short notice. Treated me great and was nice just talking to the crew. Made me feel welcome. Definitely be back and definitely recommend these guys to others.

I asked for an oil change and they completed an inspection. I did not get charged for the inspection. I was there for over an hour an realized there was an issue because I had asked what was taking so long. I almost missed my md appointment because they were taking too long and made a mistake. Another customer was willing to drop me off at my appointment.Luckily my mom was with me and was able to stay with the car and pick me up from the appointment once my car was done.

I normally have my vehicle serviced by the dealer which usually entails dropping it off and picking it up after the work is completed. On a whim, while driving by this Monro shop, I pulled in see if I could make an appointment on another day where I could sit and wait for the oil change and tire rotation rather than not have my vehicle for half a day. To my surprise they took me in within 15 minutes. The work took about an hour and included a number of courtesy safety checks, brake wear, battery condition and such. The technician was conscientious, thorough and willing to respond to my questions. Not only that but I ended up saving probably 30% off the dealers fees. I'll be returning here for these services moving forward.

Had a wire sticking out of the SIDE of my tire late Friday afternoon. I was able to drive to the Munro service station in Malta. It is a very busy place. Dennis came outside to check the tire. While checking the tire he noted how low the tread was. "I just bought all four tires last year ! They are good for 65k." (when i called where I got them, they were purchased in 2021). So we tap danced around different prices, models, etc. We picked them out & he had to order them. But they wouldn't come till the next day. Then I remembered I was due for an oil change. We put the order in for that and to check the alignment. As the tires were not coming in till the next day, I left my car there. Dennis was able to provide a ride home for me. I picked up my car late in the day Saturday. A friend who owns a tire dealership looked at my bill and said it was about right. I am a new, happy customer.
