My service representative, Chelsea Beyer, was excellent! She helped sort my service coupons to give me the best discount. She explained the recall that my Rogue had as well as the added warranty. I appreciated her friendliness and and knowledge.

Brought car to Lia Nissan in Saratoga for oil change and the Lia 5K service. Dashan Thomas took care of me and was excellent. Explained everything to me, went over price and was very friendly and professional! Dashan even cleaned the inside front windshield for me as complimentary. It helps knowing there is reliable friendly people working where I bring my car to get worked on! Dashan also went over any rewards or coupons that I was able to use.

Dashan Thomas was an excellent service representative. He reviewed the issues I was having with the windshield washer on my 2017 Nissan Altima, explained the actions needed, the choices between waiting for a new Nissan windshield washer motor or gwtting an after amrket brand. The after market brand was installed within 1.5 hours and I was back on the road faster than I thought I would be. As usual, Dashan was very thorough in in reviewing my options. He was very professional and kind. Having received a reminder that my Kicks needed routine service (oil change and tire rotation) I made an appointment. I was offered several choices to fit my schedule and brought the car in last Monday. Kaden Peterson greeted me as I pulled in and he handled my service appointment flawlessly. He was pleasant and explained the work to be conducted and the time needed to do so. Kaden asked if I had any questions or concerns. He made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me periodically to update me . The work took less than an hour and I was on my way. Couldn’t be easier.
