Malone Alignment & Brake Center

I was very pleased with the work done by Malone Alignment and Brake Center. I'm from out of state and plan to drive my car home next week. I wanted the brakes checked and if anything was needed to get it done. The inspection showed nothing serious and only minor adjustments were made. Price: under $50. This garage needs to move to my hometown. Great work and good honest people.

I have used Malone alignment a few times in the past, have never once had a bad experience and have witnessed nothing but exceptional quality and service. 12/11/2024 I had just finished hauling several tons of product, just got my truck and trailer backed into its resting place, as I was doing so the truck spit the brake pads onto my driveway And my brake pedal sunk, I hobbled it down to Malone alignment & brake center. They not only scheduled an appointment but got me in right then and there And I was out the door in an hour. By far the fastest and excellent service and quality I have experienced by far. Took my 23 Ram 2500 to the dealer to get an alignment because tire was scalping. They told me my frame was bent and I needed to take it to a body shop/frame specialist. Walked away with less money and a crooked steering wheel. Heard a lot of good things about these guys and decided to get a second opinion and thank god I did. Ken set me up with a new ball joint, installed it, and had me on my way in less than the time he quoted. He also took time to answer all my questions and concerns and assured me my frame was in fact just fine. Pricing was very reasonable. The expertise, knowledge, and care provided by these guys is something that you won’t find many places. Six stars.

Terrible service, Paid over $250 for $180 job. The work that was scheduled in the appointment was not completed. Reason given was “I don’t use customer parts.” Did not notify me when I said on the same call that I already had my parts when I made the appointment. The funny thing is 99% of auto shops get the same parts where the customer gets them, which is either Napa AutoZone or Advanced auto so what the mechanic is trying to do is buy that exact same part that you bought to upcharge you $50-$60 and then bend you over the barrel. In an economy where people are trying to get by there’s always that one guy trying to screw someone over. Save your money and the hassle go elsewhere.

This is a great shop that cares and will do the job right. I brought in my box truck. The technician asked if it was loaded as it usually is, it was not, I had some extra heavy stuff in the far back. He let me to unload it at our job 20 minutes away and come back so the alignment would be more accurate. I was already a bit late for my appointment and he let me screw up his schedule even more to do things right. And he was in a positive mood about it. Very caring people and their good vibes made my day even better!
