Needed rim and tire while a half a day away from home... Also needed a few odds and ends for the trailer... Got a piece put on a different truck that was purchased to be able to pull the trailer everything was in stock!!! I recently bought a NitroX trailer from a buddy who originally purchased it from Jim’s Trailer World, and I ran into an issue with the trailer lights. Even though I wasn’t the original buyer and wasn’t purchasing anything at the time, I called Jim’s Trailer World to see if they could offer some guidance. The person I spoke with took the time to walk me through the issue step by step over the phone, patiently explaining what to check and why. Thanks to their help, I was able to track the problem down to a fuse in the connector pin and fix it myself without having to bring the trailer in. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to help, with no obligation to do so. That level of customer service is rare these days. Great place to do business with. I had bought new tires and rims from them and every month or 2 the right side would go flat. I pulled the tire off and asked them to put a valve stem in. They did it for me without charging. After 2 years the tire still goes flat, and they may have 200 miles on them. I pulled the tire off again and found the slow leak which seemed to be a manufactures defect. I took it back to jims and told him what I had found and if he could fix it. I was surley going to pay him after this long of a time. He gave me a brand new tire and rim at no charge. I was not expecting that at all. Needless to say I will be going back there for all my trailer needs. Great job guys!!!!
