I had a very good experience. The guys here (especially Justin), did an excellent job at selling me a nice clean used vehicle. Start to finish was a very professional, no pressure sales environment. He will do what it takes to make the customer happy. Highly recommend!

So. This is now the 2nd time my fiancé and I have tried to get a car from here. First time guy put insurance in my name had everything ready so he said then switched up wanted everything in my fiancés name then when we decided never mind still proceeded to keep insurance on the car in my name and I have to pay 2 months of insurance on a car i didnt have. Now we are on week 2 of supposedly getting a jeep we’ve been looking at. Again insurance is all set. Paperwork’s done just has to be signed. Gets told 3 days in a row that the plates aren’t ready? Which is odd cause anywhere else gets the plates same day unless later in the day then you go the next morning to get the plates. It’s excuse after excuse. Now it’s affected both of our jobs, since we were told we’d had said vehicle. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional it’s really wild… you want to sell cars but don’t answer your customers and apparently cant get the plates when suppose to. It’s a joke. DO BETTER SERVICE.

The only good thing I can say is they were able to get into a car but the very next day the engine light came on and I had to bring it back, and went two days without a car when I got the van back a week later the engine light came back on and was told to txt the mechanic to see about bringing it back in. Sales person doesn’t seem to know much about the vehicles and isn’t very organized, also the place isn’t clean the bathroom and office area is filthy

Automotive resources was an amazing dealership to work with. They helped us in a timely manner and even took our broken truck for a decent trade price! It was an easy and smooth process and pick up day we were only there for 10 minutes before leaving the lot! There were many beautifully maintained used vehicles to choose from and all well priced! We will be returned in the future when needed!

We are extremely motivated to purchase a vehicle as we've been without a second one for over a month due to an accident. We stopped here a few days ago to see what they had and were in the parking lot for quite a while. Luckily many of the vehicles were unlocked so we could see mileage. The SUVS for sale here are all over 100,000 miles so we were no longer interested. However, because we were there for a long time looking at 5 different SUVS I was very surprised the salesperson inside didn't come out to see if we needed help. He definitely knew we were there because I parked right in front of the large window where his desk was and we could see him. When car buying the friendliness and helpfulness of the salesperson goes a long way. Please consider going outside after a couple minutes to see if a potential customer needs help and to introduce yourself. They do have quite a few vehicles for a small location. I cannot speak on prices as they aren't shown on the window. Just keep in mind when looking here that you will find mostly high mileage vehicles.
