I have used Hometown Auto Sales and Service in the past and after this last appointment I thought it was time to submit a review. Out of the gate the owner makes sure customers are satisfied. I've seen his commitment to his customers and to myself. I needed an oil change, NYS inspection, a brake fluid flush and a wheel alignment(or so I thought). The wheel alignment situation was thoroughly explained me and the check confirmed all was good. The brake fluid flush turns out to be unnecessary, more money saved! So oil change and the inspection came to $99 with tax and a FREE TIRE ROTATION. Excellent service at a reasonable cost, the perfect combination 👍

I needed an inspection and have recently experienced slight drag in my steering for my Ram. Im extremely pleased with the service tech Dakota. He brought me out to show an eventual problematic area that will need addressed from rust in the near future on the frame and also felt drag in the steering. Taking time to discuss with me future needed action that did not benefit the shop at all [they do not perform those services) was worth its weight in gold to me and that act of honesty has gained my future business! Thanks Dakota! I appreciate your service today.. keeping it real with people is hard to come by these days! Thanks again!
