I am a driver for WT Rand Transport Brewer Maine and I broke down on I-86 in New York just a couple miles east of the PA/NY line. The man that came over to diagnose the issue was very kind and very professional. He then followed me to the Erie PA Ryder shop making sure I made it safely. Thank you very much.

Nick answered on the second ring at midnight and was present within an hour. He knew his stuff, fixed the problem I called him for and a couple others that he found. Friendly and professional the whole time. Will definitely call if I ever break down in the area again.

Rude and lazy! I'm a tenant at the lot on Owens Way in Bradford. With many extra trailers currently dropped there, parking can be very tight. The last couple spots are comparable to maneuvering from a two-lane city street around a 90° turn onto another two-lane city street. To work around this, you have to approach across the front of the dropped trailers to bring the tail of your own trailer off the road for some angle setting up to jackknife in. As I was pulling in, there was a disabled trailer across the dropped trailers and your driver parked beside it. With those trucks there, I was unable to get off the road as I described, so I continued past and tried to back in directly from the street. There was not enough room to do this, and your driver had not started working yet, so I stopped to ask your driver if he would move forward for just a moment so that I could use that space to maneuver. The smart, simple, and professional thing to do would have been to move forward to let me set up. It would have taken less than a minute. Instead, your driver got out and started yelling at me. I tried to explain what I was doing, and he insisted yelling at me to jackknife in, which I was already trying to do, but he was parked in a way that blocked my setup. Not satisfied, he chased me back to the cab of my truck! Once safely inside the cab, I told them that if he didn't want to move so that I could maneuver, I would be happy to park around him and he could sit there through the weekend. That motivated him to do his job. Update: BKG has since replied, and every single word of the reply is a direct lie, beginning with the assertion that I knocked on his window. When he saw me walking up, he got out before I got to his truck and started yelling at me as soon as I asked him to move for a moment. From there, it only gets worse. Obviously, if he was disabled as BKG claims, he would be unable to do his job; truck tires aren't light. You're also claiming he was already working on a trailer...from inside his cab with the window up. That picture was clearly taken after I had parked, not before, as there is no truck out of a parking spot. You are contradicting yourself. If you're going to lie, at least be good at it. Maybe he was having a bad day and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Own it an apologize. You made it worse. And since your tech didn't move the trailer, it obviously wasn't in the way. Why would it be? I've already spoken with the yard manager to make sure we didn't interfere with each other's parking arrangements. Unlike your tech, he's a professional.

Kenny is not a professional master! Poor quality and ineffective repair of a trailer, using outdated technology! After the done and paid work, the malfunction is not eliminated !! the master recommends contacting a more professional service !! question what I paid for and why I wasted time with them ... I do not recommend this service to anyone !!!
