Service on my car. OLIVIA IN SERVICE is outstanding. She's organized, efficient, friendly and on top of EVERYTHING! Truly impressive! 20,000 mile service and Inspection. Ray gave me a ride home. Olivia stayed in contact me while my car was in the shop. When completed, she sent Ray back to get me. Paid for the Inspection, that's it! Love my Atlas Cross Sport.

View on GoogleHave been here twice for service on our VW. Each time staff is curt, and acts like they are being bothered. No one answers the phone. The second time the car went in for yearly service, they ignored the service light that was on for the front left sensor. Never even addressed it! Will not return to this place. Will travel 1 hour to get it serviced by competent mechanics next time. Service is awful at Romeo Ford as well, must be the m.o. for this company.
