they are the mechanics but they said that we are not also they did discriminate against me but I have my BOCES certificate for working on small engines as well as cars. they did not know about my certificate. truck needs tire sensor replaced we bought the truck from there not happy been running it back and forth to that shop routinely they had to replace a tire sensor they had to replace the exhaust pipe it needs an air compressor for the air conditioner now we brought it in today on Monday they looked at it we got to drop the truck off now on Thursday for them to fix it we talked to Chris the other day from Toyota prestige sales the truck has an engine tick possibly coming from the topend and it may need a motor but the guy John from Abeel Auto in Kingston says it's normal Tacoma engine tick so the Toyota dealership told us to keep all our paperwork and perhaps get a lawyer and go after Abeel also passed inspection knowing that it needs tires and a front end alignment the truck should have never passed inspection knowing that the tires are worn down to the wear bars truck came with no warranty no lemon law applies there's no lemon law on the truck it's 2022 and up our truck is a 2011 we talked to the local police the other day and we had an officer meet us at the dealership today. we were scheduled to have the AC compressor looked at and probably replaced. we talked to the dealer about fixing if for free but he said he couldn't do anything without looking at it first. the officer told us that our only recourse would be small claims court since the warranty did not apply since the truck is over 100,000 miles

Bought a vehicle and an extended warranty here. Problems non stop. Brought it back every two weeks. Every time was met with resistance and gaslighting, telling me “that’s normal”. Engine blew after 4 months. Extended warranty they sold me from PWI is paying nothing and neither is Abeel because it’s over 90 days. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I am so thankful! When my engine was overheating, they were able to give me immediate attention. When they couldn't solve the problem they didn't charge me for their time. I'd highly recommend!
