Desiree was the service team member who waited on me when I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Desiree is professional, friendly, and makes communication easy. The waiting room is very comfortable with vending machines for snacks and drinks. There are also coffee and different types of teas available. The mechanics did a great job as always. I have always brought my Nissan vehicles there for maintenance and repairs and will continue to do so.

I have been doing business with Romeo Nissan since their transition from Kingston Nissan, with whom I've been doing business with for well over 30 years. My wife and I have purchased over 8-9 new vehicles over that time frame and have always been happy with our purchases, especially with the quality and dependability. We have always received excellent service! Tina and Desiree both are a pleasure to do business with and the service department has always provided excellent service! What's not to like about the Romeo group. Last month I bought a car from them which was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. The backup camera started malfunctioning so I made an appointment and the service people had me in and out in about 2 hours. Great group. Would highly recommend visiting them for car purchases and service.
