The staff were friendly and inviting right from the start, salesman was not pushy at all and was happy to explore other options on the lot with us. The dealership was great with addressing some concerns before taking the truck home. Sean was fantastic! We will definitely be stopping here again when in the market to buy another vehicle. The wife is loving her new Tahoe!
View on GoogleI purchased a Ford Edge Titanium in 2024 from Romeo. From start to finish the whole process was easy and pleasant. Then, I needed a repair. Not only was it covered under my warranty, they did a full check and let me know about some other potential fixes that were needed soon. They picked up and dropped off my car. Overall is was an amazing experience for the repairs as well.
View on GoogleYour “multi-point” service inspection is a white wash! Item: windshield wipers- Ok (clearly had a 1” tear on passenger side); Item: brakes- Ok - amazingly both front and rear measured the same 8mm (the front brakes a literally brand new with less than 500 miles on them). I wonder if the same person that did the service inspection is the same person that did my pre-sale recon and missed the right front rotor separation(pictured). If you’re going to do a multi-point inspection then do it! Aside from the oil change taking over an hour… I guess service was good… really only gave 3 stars because the service staff was nice! Don’t think a review could be any more honest.

View on GoogleIt would have been more stars but I was told they would detail my truck and I wait 3 hours for it. To my surprise the only thing that was done was the front window. I was not happy. It took me four hours just to do the inside. It looks beautiful and another 2 hours to do the outside. However I would have done it anyway. Salesperson I forget his name but dianelle who sold me my first truck was just awesome. She help him. They gave me a great offer plus they made it work I was very happy about that. Just the service was below zero
