Lia Honda Kingston Auto Repair & Service Center

Over the past several years I have continued to have myHonda CRV serviced by Lia in Kingston. However this time and for the first time I received outstanding service from Rebecca Schermerhorn. Not only was she handle my questions but she went out of her way to be very transparent she explained in very layman terms what had to be done to my Honda. She is a breath of fresh air and a fine representative for Lia Honda in Kingston.

At my last visit, Jared met me in the garage. Walked around my car with me. Confirmed the reason for my appointment (oil change). And a tech took my car into the shop. Very quick and efficient. Jared also checked for recalls and recommended services. He explained everything that needed to be done. An hour later, the work was done. Even had the car washed!! The cashier was super nice and polite. Only one problem; the cabin fan was making a noise. Jared diagnosed the problem, had a tech take the car and fix the problem in 2 minutes! apparently, when the cabin filter was replaced, some debris was caught in the housing. All fixed and out the door. Quick. Efficient. Pleasant. Thank you, Jared.

Excellent customer service by Joseph but my brakes still feel squishy. My son was in from out of town 1 week after the brakes were relooked at and he asked, “when are you getting your brakes done. They feel squishy.” Good service reps but not too thrilled with the repairs.

Service managers are all personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I always feel like I and my Honda CRV are well looked after. I particularly like the free car service to a lunch or bfast spot while my car is serviced. Excellent job! Thanks again.

My flat tire was taken care of. There was couple of hours wait, however job was done correctly. Grateful for the work well done
