We were in the midst of a mild disaster and Robbie came to the rescue. One car was already in the shop elsewhere and our second car suffered a failed tailpipe/muffler which he fixed in less than 24 hours. I realize that speed cannot always be expected but he got us out of a real jam. He was honest and up front about the cost, said he could have done in a day, and delivered. On top of that, he's a genuinely nice guy. I will be taking my business his way whenever appropriate. Support local business and visit Robbie, you will not be disappointed.

I've had very mixed experiences with mechanics in Kingston but Robbie at Jim's mufflers was great to work with. He was honest, fair, and straightforward. Did great work fixing my broken exhaust pipe. I'll definitely come again if I have related issues.
