Jiffy Lube Oil Change

My usual Jiffy Lube in Plainfield, NJ, did me a wrong by not applying (3) screws to my skid guard. Hence, I experienced some awful noises as the wind pushed the loose flaps onto the road when at speed. Sadly, it took away a couple hours from planned Ski trip at Belleayre but luckily Kyle & Eli at this location sorted us out properly, quickly and politely. Sincere thanks to them for a great job!!!

I had a great experience with my Honda CRV NYS Inspection. They work quickly and efficiently as opposed to the Honda dealership. Quite unexpectedly I got some great advice for future care, there by prolonging the life of my engine. Kyle did a thorough inspection and Eli was so helpful as well. I get great coupons online to help motivate me to keep returning to them. Nowadays every little bit helps. Thank you Jiffy lube!

I went in for an inspection and they didn't think they could get me in. As I went to leave they told me that they could, indeed, perform my inspection. They got my car in right away. They did recommend a new air filter, which I needed and had installed. They had me out in a short time. They were all professional, courteous, and friendly. One of the techs offered me 15 dollars off my air filter for being a health care provider. When it rang up it only took 11 dollars off because it was supposed to be 15% not 15 dollars. I was fine with it but the manager told me he would honor what was offered and he gave me the 15 dollars off. That was appreciated and shows that they treat you as a valued customer and not just another faceless person walking in their establishment. I highly recommend them and will be back.

Complete scam never go here. Went in for an oil change, they advertise $60 15 minute oil changes neither of these are even remotely true. After an hour and a half of waiting I finally go up to pay finding a bill of over $160 far from the advertised 60. There explanation for this is that "they used the premium best stuff" that I absolutely didnt ask for. Additionally I made the mistake of accepting one of their "deals" they offered to replace both my windshield wipers for $20 and the wipers were buy one get one free. They werent when I checked the bill they suddenly doubled in price. TLDR: This place will secretly upcharge you on everything, directly lie about prices, and not tell you until it is too late, directly going against what you ask for just to raise the price.

Forgot about my State inspection and had to get it done immediately otherwise a big fat ticket in NYC for sure!!! Went to my usual Hoffman's Jiffy Lube in Kingston and they got the car in and done!!! Kyle and the gang were excellent as always and changed the oil and filters, I like to bring my own and it is not a problem for them. Even with all the people waiting until the last minute, yours truly included, the wait was not bad. And, they give you a complimentary car wash after!!! What's not to love!!!
