White Sulphur Garage

My car Freeda yes I name her was squeaking once or twice when I turned the wheel. I went to White Sulphur Garage and Roy the mechanic was so helpful. He schooled me on the power steering system of my 2012 Subaru had me do a few turns of the wheel in less than 10 minutes and shared his thoughts on what the issue is. I was so grateful! Melissa at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well. Definitely a solid honest establishment.

Was stranded on 17 W overheated with what I believe was a blown water pump. Had my ram 1500 towed to the shop after hours. Next day they evaluated my truck and advised it was not the water pump. Diagnosed and repaired at a reasonable price. Added some manifold repairs and my truck is ready to go. 5 stars for Service, customer service and excellent pricing.

These guys did me a solid favor one day a few yrs ago. I had to take a day off work to take my cat to a nearby Veterinarian for dental surgery. There was a garage next door to the vet. I walked in. They weren't busy at all. I asked the guy there if they could do an oil change on my VW. He said no, they don't have the "special tools" needed to do it. I've changed the oil on this car myself. All you need to change the oil, is a 17mm socket for the oil plug and a standard oil filter wrench because it has a spin on filter. I had the filter and the oil in the car. That guy LIED to me as he had TWO other VWs in the parking lot. So I left, and drove down the road and saw a sign for the White Sulfur Springs Garage. I walked into the office and asked if they could do the oil change that day. They said "No problem! it only takes 15 minutes!" So my poor old VW, that was 1000 miles overdue for the oil change got one with a smile and only $20 for the labor!!!! They even offered me coffee as they listened to my worries about my kitty that was having dental surgery! These are NICE people that are not "on-the-take". I HIGHLY recommend White Sulfur Springs Garage!

They charge you one hundred dollars from the jump to diagnose your car. I purchased a battery from them for 259.00 one year ago that is still covered under the warranty however they refuse to tell me the steps I need to replace the battery without taking my car to their shop to get my car diagnosed. They also tried to charge me for the tow that was already paid for from progressive road side assistance.

They were so awesome! Friendly and honestly gave a damn about my truck. Came just for an inspection and left with that plus some questions I had about my wrangler!
