Immaculate Concepts Auto Sound and Speed

I have been dealing with Joel for roughly the last 12 years. I have had multiple sound systems done by him. He has always stood behind his work and he has always been extremely fair on price. I just had him install a new CB radio in one of my tri-axle dump trucks he was willing to do it even though they don't normally work on vehicles as large as that. I have always had a great experience using him and the job is always done right.

I got a flat tire on my trailer Saturday called to try to get the tire fixed told me a few hours before they could help. What they did next blew my mind they said if your in the hurry the guy across the street is open. Thank you for the recommendation and thank you for passing on business to the next guy. If I am ever in liberty I will definitely call you first if I need any!

We came down from upstate, traveled over 75 miles, to see the used green Subaru (2011) they have here. When we came down, we found out that the brakes needed replacing and there was plenty of rust on the car & other problems as well. Immaculate wanted over $10k for the car. We were not notified in advance of these issues. Piece of junk not worth the money. Immaculate wasted our time by not notifying us before we set out about the lousy condition of this very expensive car. And yes, we did call and inquire before we set out. Thank God, we found a great dealer in Binghamton and got something much better for a lower price.

The worker are very friendly.and hard workers. And very helpful

They juggled around my SCHEDULED appointment between multiple days, then proceeded to fill my time slot for my appointment with “extra work”. They didn’t take me serious nor did they understand the severity of my situation. Don’t waste time scheduling anything cause their “to busy”, I won’t be back nor will I recommend them due to unreliability.
